Hello to all .. I finally after too long time to write ... here .. I
noted with pleasure that we have added new "Followers" ;-)
and that, in short, I do not yet have forgotten ...

:-) I have been very busy, I must admit ...

Ila, in particular, made a cake all to myself.

Hazelnuts and Apple.
He gave me the recipe very rough, so I am writing to you as well as the know. and of course I take this opportunity to thank you so much! Also for all the streamers made at home for me. THANK YOU FRIENDS :-)

Ingredients:

For the dough:
Hazelnut blend

Sugar Buckwheat flour
Soymilk
Yeast

To decorate:
malt- brown (use gluten-free malt corn or rice) 1 apple


Mix all ingredients with a whip, trying to incorporate as much air as possible, with a circular motion from bottom to top .. Possibly adding a bit 'of milk, if it is too dry. It should be foamy!
Put the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan, decorate with apple slices and coarsely chopped hazelnuts
and then bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Once cooled, serve with nutty malt
paid on each slice.
