Chiara, I'm going to fish out an old photo and an old recipe that I had not yet published. It 'a curry stew, combined with boiled potatoes or basmati rice flavored with star anise.

Ingredients for 3 people:

half bag of dried soybeans (250 g?)

2 small yellow apples 1 / 2 onion
a handful of raisins soaked in the soup broth

very tasty vegetable curry 3 tablespoons sweet (or to taste) turmeric yellow
(to color)
beer or white wine to evaporate
flour to taste (1-2 tablespoons) extra virgin olive oil



salt optional: additional
sauce 1 cup of broth
cream or soy milk to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons of flour
1 / 2 onion, extra virgin olive oil

In a large skillet, fry the onion with the olive oil to simmer a bit ', adding, if necessary, a little' hot broth.
Add the soybeans and soak it with beer or wine. Evaporate. Add the curry and turmeric and sprinkle with broth.
Cook for fifteen minutes, then sprinkle with flour.
Cook another 5 minutes, with lid and mix.
Agguingere raisins and diced apples. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off and let stand another 5.
