:-) I am back from this fun and enriching experience .. dead tired! But happy and glad to have worked with and for the Vegan Training.
E 'was great to meet new people, similar to my ideals, and it was also nice to know old people, but often that you meet but do not tell us "never" .. To comment :-)
worth every event and remember every honor of people and exchanges of ideas had, I should write a lot, putting a strain on my fleeting memory for proper names, and unfortunately by mistake forgetting someone. So
spend only 2 words:
- Gianfranco because he organized a great thing with great people
- The two girls (I & V) that without them the apple pie would not come so good .. ;-)
- Valley vegan, why it exists. And this alone is great ..
So .. This recipe is for you all I knew, and especially for Gianfranco .. who taught me that one must eat 2 teaspoons of flaxseed per day (tritati! and taking care not to combine oil) to get the daily RDA of Omega-3, 1 teaspoon of salt and not more than 2 teaspoons of oil ( preferably raw, Ed ;-))
Given the amount of the chickpea Advanced Training Vegan and shared with you, I can only offer a way to use it fast and cool .. chickpea soup ..

Ingredients for 1 serving:
7 tablespoons of chickpeas cooked (without salt)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
twenty
fresh rosemary 1 / 2 teaspoon of miso (rice)
1 / 4 teaspoon of tahini
1 / 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1 cup cold water
fridge
3 cherry tomatoes, mature cheese plant
optional
Blend everything with a mixer. Serve with the possible addition of 3 cubes ice, and oil, to taste, Parmesan cheese plant ..
PS. I know that miso and soy sauce is very salty .. but do not ask me to do something tasteless! pregoooooo
you ;-) --- isa must always find a loophole to get around the obstacle! no salt? Perfect! Here it served. gh gh gh ;-)
