Chiara, I'm going to fish out an old photo and an old recipe that I had not yet published. It 'a curry stew, combined with boiled potatoes or basmati rice flavored with star anise.
Sorry, the photo does not do much .. but I could not do better .. :-)


Ingredients for 3 people:

half bag of dried soybeans (250 g?)

2 small yellow apples 1 / 2 onion
a handful of raisins soaked in the soup broth
2-3
very tasty vegetable curry 3 tablespoons sweet (or to taste) turmeric yellow
(to color)
beer or white wine to evaporate
flour to taste (1-2 tablespoons) extra virgin olive oil



salt optional: additional
sauce 1 cup of broth
cream or soy milk to taste
1 to 2 tablespoons of flour
1 / 2 onion, extra virgin olive oil


plenty of curry salt chili


In a large skillet, fry the onion with the olive oil to simmer a bit ', adding, if necessary, a little' hot broth.
Add the soybeans and soak it with beer or wine. Evaporate. Add the curry and turmeric and sprinkle with broth.
Cook for fifteen minutes, then sprinkle with flour.
Cook another 5 minutes, with lid and mix.
Agguingere raisins and diced apples. Allow to cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off and let stand another 5.
If you want, in addition, you can thicken a sauce is made: sauteed onions and peppers. Add broth, curry powder and salt. A boil add a creamy sauce created with cream / milk + flour and mix vigorously with a whisk as you do for sauce.
You will get a thick sauce, spicy curry.

Nothing to be done. To put in your suitcase do not I feel like it. And then, I had in the fridge, something new to try. The hemp-fu! Hemp cheese, tofu type, currently produced by Harmony & Goodness and recently purchased.
If any of you have already tried to cook hemp butter can imagine the taste sweet and slightly buttery. Delicious.
Compared with tofu there is no comparison: the taste dell'hemp-fu is much better. The only "sin": a compact system. The hemp-fu I've tried it, it crumbles easily, threatening to get a consistency similar to cottage cheese.
cmq .. given the component buttery taste, which combined the best if not the sage?
Try it: this was with hemp-fresh aromas, mostly sage, has created a delicious taste and a crunchy worthy of my best memories I have a bit of food 'vicious .. ;-)


Ingredients for 10 bars:

200 grams of hemp-fu white
needles
2 sprigs of rosemary leaves 6 medium sage (herb sage)
the tip of a bay leaf (1 / 6 leaf) parsley leaves

5 1 / 2 clove garlic 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1 / 2 teaspoon tamari soy sauce 1 pinch of salt

3 teaspoons of oil

Slice the hemp -fu sticks and place on a plate. Grind all the very very finely and mix flavors together oil, vinegar and soy sauce.
Cover the sticks with this marinade and leave in refrigerator for at least an hour.
In a pan put a little oil, then fry the cheese to taste on both sides. salt. Serve hot accompanied by a salad of ripe tomatoes, beef heart, oil, oregano and soy sauce.

Since they are about to leave for the holidays, I'm obviously giving fund to scrap fridge .. and this is what came out ..


Serves 2:

five handfuls of rice carnaroli
1 sweet red pepper 1 onion, fleshy blonde
media
1 tablespoon wheat germ 1 tablespoon baking

flakes 1 pinch of spice to taste (paprika, cumin, chili, curry)
3 tablespoons soy cream (optional)
white wine, extra virgin olive oil to soften




Blend salt pepper and onion raw, patiently, and very finely, you will get a sauce very liquid. Adjust salt, add the spices, put the sauce in a saucepan with half a glass of water and bring to a boil.
In a pan, preferably copper, put a little olive oil and rice. Toast for a few minutes, sprinkle with white wine and let evaporate.
Add little by little, the "soup" of bell pepper and cook for 15 minutes stirring constantly.
At end of cooking add the yeast and wheat germ, optional whipped cream and a drizzle of olive oil and voila! ;-)

With this recipe, I greet you and I leave for the holidays! Sudan + Turkey. I hope to return (given the recent events in Sudan ...) Meanwhile, you passatevela well and, please, do not leave your dogs, do not eat in restaurants where accept them (tell them which is why I do not eat there) and do not go to beaches where you can not go with them. Apple Risotto with red pepper soup

Cooking for celiacs who could not eat the apple pie ..

Ingredients for 1 serving:


a golden apple 1 teaspoon of sweetener (sugar - agave syrup)


water ½ cup soy milk
2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar

Thinly slice the apple and cook over high heat, in water (as needed to cover the apple slices) and sweetener, with a lid. Ensure that no attacks! Eventulmente add more water.
Meanwhile boil the milk with sugar, taking care to turn over very carefully during the boil, so that no lumps are formed and the sauce is thick enough mou ..
Place the apple slices from the center, add a little 'of sauce around and on .. !
:-) ps. There is now a beautiful rose, but the exercise will improve and the good news is that you can undo and redo it at your leisure!

:-) I am back from this fun and enriching experience .. dead tired! But happy and glad to have worked with and for the Vegan Training.
E 'was great to meet new people, similar to my ideals, and it was also nice to know old people, but often that you meet but do not tell us "never" .. To comment :-)
worth every event and remember every honor of people and exchanges of ideas had, I should write a lot, putting a strain on my fleeting memory for proper names, and unfortunately by mistake forgetting someone. So
spend only 2 words:
- Gianfranco because he organized a great thing with great people
- The two girls (I & V) that without them the apple pie would not come so good .. ;-)
- Valley vegan, why it exists. And this alone is great ..

So .. This recipe is for you all I knew, and especially for Gianfranco .. who taught me that one must eat 2 teaspoons of flaxseed per day (tritati! and taking care not to combine oil) to get the daily RDA of Omega-3, 1 teaspoon of salt and not more than 2 teaspoons of oil ( preferably raw, Ed ;-))

Given the amount of the chickpea Advanced Training Vegan and shared with you, I can only offer a way to use it fast and cool .. chickpea soup ..

Ingredients for 1 serving:

7 tablespoons of chickpeas cooked (without salt)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
twenty
fresh rosemary 1 / 2 teaspoon of miso (rice)
1 / 4 teaspoon of tahini
1 / 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1 cup cold water
fridge
3 cherry tomatoes, mature cheese plant
optional

Blend everything with a mixer. Serve with the possible addition of 3 cubes ice, and oil, to taste, Parmesan cheese plant ..

PS. I know that miso and soy sauce is very salty .. but do not ask me to do something tasteless! pregoooooo
you ;-) --- isa must always find a loophole to get around the obstacle! no salt? Perfect! Here it served. gh gh gh ;-)

Stuffed Zucchini (basil)

This post is a test. A story written some time ago, which should self-publish in my absence, while I'll be at Vegan Training Marradi (FI) Sautee hours and hours under the scorching sun (GH!:-D). Here is a
remember my intense .. The stuffed zucchini .....
My mom was getting me in the summer, stuffed zucchini, basil, ham, Parmesan, egg, and good olive oil. Was the gratin in the oven with bread crumbs and leftovers from "inside" of zucchini, I made the puree (the well) with zucchini, food of the gods to my heart ..
I wanted to avoid the bread crumbs, yesterday, because I am on a diet. And carbohydrates at dinner, do not go well. The batter, place the egg, it was more than enough. ;-)

Ingredients for 18 pieces:

2 medium zucchini mushrooms
1 fillet of roasted peppers

1 clove garlic 2 tablespoons of mixture of prairie grasses
1 / 4 white onion, chopped
1 / 2 cup white wine

80 g white
tofu 4 tablespoons yeast flakes, salt


nutmeg black pepper basil in abundance



2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to taste water



Cut zucchini into 3 parts, creating small logs. Steamed so that they remain al dente. Let them cool a bit and then empty them with the help of a or dig a spoon making sure to leave well a solid and durable, as well as a board large enough.

How Many Calories Is In Chinese Chicken Curry

This past weekend was for me a weekend of work, intense, and hot ..
My boyfriend gave me a wonderful surprise, I could not put it here!
mature and fresh fruit skewers with refrigerator when I come back :-).
Super yummy!
:-) I wish to you to find a wonderful person as my mas. (Obviously not just for the kebabs!,-P)

Ingredients for 7 pieces: 2


red plums 1 mango 1 papaya


3 bananas 2 peaches strawberries

7 3 slices of melon
7 sticks for skewers

Buy ripe fruit and healthy. Wash it, cut it into two forks and skewers.
Let rest at least an hour in the fridge, even better if left there all night.
