Jewel Denyleinterview

the fairer sex and martial arts

A few months ago we touched on the subject of the report Women and Martial Arts, with favorable feedback.
Who is interested can have a look in that post, I intend to reconnect now, after some time and after that, meanwhile, slowly but gradually, more and more girls are by participating in our courses, from Krav Maga to Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from the Grappling.
Martial Arts, such as combat sports in general, not necessarily the most extreme experiences to start to competition, but as a fun exercise, are a varied and diversified way to keep fit and socialize through the learning of practice exciting, definitely an alternative to courses offered in large fitness centers.
Everything, then, in favor of a renewed self-esteem, awareness and confidence, also with a self-defense and self-protection.
The practice of these activities (each may prefer each other) remains unchanged, and sometimes enhances, the female tract, in an environment where you get more respect than it might have in other areas of society.
In the following video, a short story by Thomas Perry, a girl who has decided to devote himself to the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (in a previous post we talked about Chantal Ughi, passed from cinema to Muay Thai).
Beauty Perry Thomas leaves no uncertainty about what is written above.
