Ingredients 1 cup cream:
30 g flour 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (peanut)
3 / 4 tablespoons of agave syrup
300 ml milk 3 tablespoons vanilla
cinnamon (or the zest of a lemon big bio, or other flavoring to taste)
Put milk and cinnamon to warm the fire. Add the remaining ingredients in a bowl with the help of a whisk until creamy.
to a boil turn off the gas, pour in the cream and just obtained, always with a whisk, beat well so that no lumps are formed.
The cream should thicken immediately.
If not put back on the gas, even for a moment, a sweet fire.
Rest a moment, then place in refrigerator.
NB. To obtain a more pronounced aroma, like the smell of sweets in Greece, you can add, in addition to cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and a pinch of ginger powder. ;-)
