Finally I can post some new recipe .. kept secret until now for the protection of members of VegFestival that this recipe, they (probably) had a gift in exchange for the membership card ....

Serves 2:
2 hg Pasta
1 small onion 1 slice of smoked tofu measures 6x4x1 cm
evo oil 1 / 2 bag of soy cream
1 teaspoon of saffron powder
4 mushrooms mushrooms in oil or natural
black pepper 1 tablespoon tamari
Sauté in a little 'oil finely chopped onion, add the tofu and mushrooms into strips and cook 2 minutes with a lid.
Add the cream, a dash of salt, tamari sauce, saffron and off, leaving uncovered.
Cook pasta and drain the hot sauce.
Stir and serve hot with a sprinkling of black pepper essential.
A pleasure to adjust the salt or sauce of mushroom soup, in place of water during cooking.
